Will I lose my progress if I get a new phone or delete the app?
Not if you export your data first. IVI SAT Sprint doesn't use accounts or automatic online backup, but you can manually export your progress as a file before switching devices or deleting the app, then import it again afterward to pick up right where you left off. If you delete the app without exporting first, that progress cannot be recovered.
How do I transfer my progress to a new phone?
On your current device, open the Profile tab and select "Export my data." This saves your progress as a file you can send to yourself however you'd like, for example by AirDrop, email, or saving it to Files. On your new device, install IVI SAT Sprint and choose "Import data" (available on the first launch screen or from the Profile tab), then select the file you saved.
How do I reset my progress?
Open the Profile tab and select "Reset my data." This clears everything and cannot be undone, so use it only if you're sure, or export your data first if you might want it back.
Does the app work without an internet connection?
Yes. IVI SAT Sprint is designed to work fully offline. All questions, lessons, and practice tests are built into the app itself.
I think a question has an error in it. What do I do?
Please email us at the address above with the question and what you believe is wrong. We review every report.
