These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of IVI SAT Sprint (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
IVI SAT Sprint provides practice questions, timed practice sessions, lessons, and full-length practice tests intended to help students prepare for the SAT. All content is original or independently developed. The App does not use or reproduce official College Board test questions or materials.
The App is a study aid, not a guarantee of any particular outcome. Practice scores, accuracy statistics, and any estimated score ranges shown in the App are approximations based on your practice activity and are not official College Board scores. They should not be relied upon as a precise prediction of your actual SAT performance. Full-length practice tests in the App are practice tools and, unless otherwise stated, do not replicate the College Board's official adaptive scoring algorithm.
All practice questions, answers, and explanations in the App are created and reviewed by us, but they are not guaranteed to be error free. A question may occasionally have an incorrect answer marked as correct, be worded ambiguously, or contain a typo or other mistake. If you come across a question that seems wrong or unclear, please let us know using the contact information below so we can review and correct it.
The App does not require an account and does not collect personal data. Your progress and settings are stored only on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details.
You may export a copy of your data at any time, for your own backup or to transfer it to a new device. This export is created and controlled entirely by you. Once it has been exported, you are solely responsible for the storage, security, and handling of that file. Because there is no account or automatic server-side backup, uninstalling the App or clearing its data without first exporting will permanently delete your progress, and we have no way to recover it.
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of personal SAT preparation. You agree not to:
All content within the App, including practice questions, explanations, lessons, and the App's design, is the property of the App's creators unless otherwise noted, and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.
If the App offers any paid features now or in the future, purchases are processed entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play, subject to their respective terms and refund policies. We do not process payments directly and do not store any payment information.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly accurate at all times. Practice content is reviewed for accuracy, but occasional errors are possible; if you find one, please let us know using the contact information below.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creators of IVI SAT Sprint are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to your performance on the actual SAT.
We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. If these Terms change, the updated version will be posted at this same web address with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may discontinue the App or any of its features at our discretion.
